Advanced Multi-Composite Shell Construction The shell is made with a highly sophisticated molding technology that combines several layers: 1) 3K Carbon , a high-density carbon outer layer that improves strength and energy dissipation efficiency; 2) Unidirectional carbon composite layer , which offers significantly greater radial resistance by preventing compression but allowing controlled deflection to reduce transmitted impact energy; and 3) Aramid fiber layer , which provides critical protection against penetration. This combination of layers is made even more performing by an epoxy resin binder for the best strength and energy management.
