Construction

• Advanced Composite Shell : The shell is made from a high-performance fibre composite material, designed to offer exceptional impact protection. Its construction includes three distinct layers: a 3K carbon outer shell to spread the impact, one unidirectional carbon composite layer to manage the bending and dispersion of energy, and one aramid fiber layer to prevent direct perforations.

• PLASMA Technology (Patented) This proprietary Alpinestars technology is strategically integrated into the lateral pads and lower edge of the shell. It offers high-performance shock absorption in critical areas, such as the clavicle, significantly reducing the risk of injury.

• Energy-Deflecting Design The curvature of the shell surface is designed to reduce friction and divert impact forces away from the head, thus helping to protect the skull, neck and spine more effectively.

• Patented Visor Release : The visor release system is designed to automatically detach from the shell when subjected to an impact energy greater than 15 Joules, regardless of direction, maximizing rider protection.
