Helmet shell:

• Directly processed glass fibre (SCHUBERTH Direct Fiber Processing) combined with a special resin is compressed in a vacuum at high pressure to form an exceptionally robust yet extraordinarily light helmet shell.
• DFP fiberglass shell reinforced with carbon fiber for better shock absorption resistance and lightness.

Inner Shell:

• New EPS material for better shock absorption and larger head cavity, with two densities for the main body and sides
• New SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL seamless lining concept to allow for customization of the fit
